No
Payment Required
God does not
issue credit
nor charge an
annual fee;
the services He
renders
are absolutely
free.
He does not keep
a ledger
nor send out
monthly bills,
demanding timely
payments,
as His coffer
fills.
He does not
telephone
to say I am
behind,
nor does he send
me letters
so friendly to
remind.
The precious
gifts He offers,
my money cannot
buy.
I know I can't
repay Him,
although
sometimes I try.
But as I think
about it,
I'm sure that
God is pleased
when I thank Him
sincerely,
down upon my
knees.
