Have
you ever soared
to heights
unknown,
above this world
of vanity and
vexation,
to a quiet realm
around a
peaceful throne,
and there alone
built a heavenly
nation?
I boarded a
cloud on a
wrathful day
to flee from the
evil everywhere.
I paid no fare
but went on my
way,
not knowing
where nor did I
care.
The cloud was
called Serenity.
I thought as I
closed my eyes
how peaceful
were my
surroundings;
it seemed like
paradise.
If you sit and
wait for a quiet
realm,
you are a
machine, unused,
undone;
heights above
are only gained
by an
imaginative one.
